General Description: A light coloured, bland flavoured, thick, pourable concentrate used to add to hot or cold food and drinks for the purpose of thickening it to a precise and predetermined viscosity. This product is ideal for situations where thickened drinks and food are made in individual serves, for example, on a drinks trolley serving morning or afternoon tea. It makes individual serve quantities (100mLs). 1 Pump - Thickens 700mL fluid to level 150. 2 Pumps - Thickens 700mL fluid to level 400.3 Pumps - Thickens 700mL fluid to level 900.
